Information for Authors

Each paper accepted to the main conference program (AAAI proceedings) must be accompanied by registration and payment of either regular fee or student fee. It is up to the authors to decide who will be the presenter and will pay the registration fee. One author registration fee may cover up to 2 of their papers. You can buy an additional third paper for $264 AUD.

Physical attendance and in-person presentation is expected for each paper. No on-line presentations will be allowed.

Full Registration Fees

All fees will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). At the time of writing, 1.00 AUD = 0.57 EUR = 0.64 USD.

A full 5-days Regular and Student Fees include:

• attendance to ICAPS 2025 conference - admission to workshops and tutorials, invited talks, technical sessions, community meeting, poster and demo sessions
• up to 2 papers in ICAPS conference proceedings (published by AAAI)
• attendance to CPAIOR sessions on the same days registered for ICAPS
• conference package
• workshop coffee breaks
• conference coffee breaks
• welcome reception
• conference dinner

A copy of a valid student card or a student confirmation (in English) may be requested by the organizers upon arrival.

Confirmation & Invitation Letter

You will receive email confirmation immediately after completing the online registration form at the top of the page. Invitations will be issued automatically as part of the registration confirmation process.

Cancellation Policy & Refund

For cancellation requests received on or before September 30, 2025, the registration fee will be refunded less an administration charge of $100 AUD.

For cancellation requests received between 1st October and 31st October, the registration fee will be refunded 50% less an administration charge of $100 AUD.

Registration fees will not be refunded in any portion if cancellation is received after 31st October.

If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another participant (the same type of registration fee). Please inform the local arrangement team at matt@mersevents.com as soon as possible, but no later than 3rd November, to whom your registration should be transferred.
